International Bank

Employee Engagement Survey
This international bank is committed to exploring the culture of the organisation and the engagement of its employees. Rather than using an off the shelf engagement survey, the statements were carefully selected to explore areas that reflected issues, concerns and strengths that were particular to their own organisation.

Surveying 15,000 employees, themes were identified that were further explored and became priorities for the organisation to move forward. The results were benchmarked and the same survey was undertaken the following year. The results were outstanding with significant improvements in the key themes that were identified as being priorities for exploration and change to improve engagement.

360 Feedback Surveys
Supporting Senior Leadership Development Programmes, bespoke 360 feedback surveys are implemented using the organisation's own Leadership competencies.
With descriptors of behaviours which evidenced the extent to which the individual embraces and demonstrates those competencies, the survey was offered to line managers, direct reports, peers, stakeholders and a self-assessment. The results compare average results for each role against the individual's self perception.
When supported with comments relating to what the individual is doing well and suggestions as to how they could improve their contribution, the reports have provided a valuable contribution to the effectiveness of the individual through coaching and the leadership development programme.
